Age Verification Statement
All models, actors, actresses, creators, and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct made available on Stacked.com are required to be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the applicable content was created.
Recordkeeping Compliance
Outlier Collective Inc., DBA Stacked (“Stacked”), complies with the applicable recordkeeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
For covered content made available through Stacked.com, Stacked requires age and identity verification records for all performers depicted in such content. Where Stacked is not the primary producer of the content, Stacked requires the applicable creator, uploader, studio, agency, or other primary producer to provide Stacked with copies of the records required by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Where applicable, Stacked may satisfy its secondary producer recordkeeping obligations by obtaining copies of required records from the primary producer, including records sufficient to verify each performer’s legal name, date of birth, age, identity, and association with the applicable content. Stacked also maintains records identifying the name and address of the applicable primary producer from whom such records were received.

Creator and Uploader Requirements
Creators, uploaders, studios, agencies, and other content providers may not upload, publish, sell, or distribute any covered content through Stacked unless they have verified and documented that every performer depicted in the content was at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of production.
Creators and uploaders must provide accurate performer age verification records, production records, consent records, and related documentation upon request. Failure to provide required records may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of the account, withholding of payments where permitted by law and contract, and referral to appropriate authorities.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Stacked has a zero tolerance policy for any content involving minors, nonconsensual content, coerced content, trafficking, exploitation, or content uploaded without required age verification and performer consent.
Any content suspected to involve a person under the age of eighteen (18), or any content lacking required consent or verification, may be immediately removed. The associated account may be suspended or permanently terminated, and Stacked may preserve and report relevant information to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.

Stacked will review reports promptly and take appropriate action, including removal, account enforcement, preservation of records, and reporting where required or appropriate.
