Outlier Collective, Inc.
Outlier Collective, Inc. ("Stacked", "we", "us") is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment. We take all complaints regarding content on our platform seriously. This policy outlines how we handle complaints, requests for content removal (Takedowns), and the subsequent appeals process for content creators.
Submitting a Complaint or Takedown Request
Anyone, including users, non-users, or third-party representatives, may submit a complaint or request the removal of content they believe violates our terms, guidelines, or applicable laws. This includes content that is:
Infringing on intellectual property (Copyright/DMCA).
Illegal or non-consensual (including depictions of real or perceived non-consensual sexual content, or trafficking).
In violation of our Community Guidelines or Acceptable Use Policy.
Violating personal privacy.
How to Report: Complaints must be submitted via email to: support@stacked.com.
When submitting a complaint, please provide the following details to ensure a prompt review:
Your full legal name and contact information.
A description of the content in question.
The exact URL(s) where the content can be found.
The specific reason for your complaint (e.g., copyright infringement, non-consensual content, illegal material).
(For IP complaints) A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed.
Complaint Review and Takedown Process
Upon receipt of a valid complaint, Stacked will:
Acknowledge Receipt: Send a confirmation email to the complainant within five (5) business days.
Conduct a Review: Promptly review the reported content against our policies and legal requirements.
Take Action: If the content is found to violate our policies or is legally actionable, we will remove or disable access to the content ("Takedown").
Notify the Creator: If a Takedown occurs, we will notify the content creator responsible for the material, providing the reason for the removal.
Appeals Process for Creators
If you are a content creator whose content has been removed due to a complaint (a "Takedown"), you have the right to appeal the decision.
Timeline to Appeal: You must submit a formal appeal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the Takedown notification. Failure to appeal within this timeframe will result in the Takedown decision being finalized.
How to Appeal: To submit an appeal, you must email support@stacked.com with the following information:
Your creator username and full legal name.
The specific content/URL that was removed.
A clear and detailed statement explaining why you believe the removal was a mistake.
Any supporting evidence, such as proof of age verification (for themselves or co-models), proof of consent, or evidence of IP ownership.
Appeal Review and Final Decision: Our compliance team will review your appeal and any new evidence provided. We strive to make a final, binding decision on all appeals within thirty (30) business days of receiving a complete appeal submission. We will notify you of the outcome via email. If the appeal is successful, the content will be reinstated.
